About Allen Timmons

Allen Timmons has more than three decades of experience in manufacturing and business operations. Based in San Francisco, he graduated from Ohio University with a bachelor of science in engineering and went on to earn an MBA and a PhD in business from Oklahoma City University and the University of Phoenix, respectively. Allen Timmons began his career as a process engineering manager with BTR/Toyota in Frederick, Oklahoma.

Mr. Timmons spent nearly a decade at BTR/Toyota, and last served the company as manager of its plant in Hayward, California. He oversaw profit and loss and led substantial improvements in productivity and profit before interest and taxes.

Allen Timmons has worked in leadership roles with several other manufacturing companies, including LAM Research. He has served as president of Western Steel & Wire, the largest supplier of wire and wire products in Northern California, since 2015. He has helped increase sales by 300 percent in eight years. Outside his professional endeavors, he maintains an active lifestyle through activities such as hiking, biking, and playing golf.
